Who We Are

The Green Center is a DWI facility licensed by the State of North Carolina. Our staff consists of caring people that understand how frustrating the DWI & legal process can be. We want to help ease the stressful process of assisting you in getting your NC drivers license reinstated. Our staff members are: Certified Substance Abuse counselors and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist

Service Availability

Normal business hours are Monday Through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. You may call 336-472-4459 or (336) 224-2203 to schedule an appointment anytime during these hours. If you call and we are unavailable we will return your call within the hour.

Assessments are scheduled by appointment only. Please feel free to schedule an appointment at any of our 3 locations.

Before being assessed, you must present:

1. A copy of your citation (if you do not have a copy you can obtain it either from your attorney or the criminal clerk of courts office within the county you received the citation

2. You must also provide a copy of your breathalyzer or the document that says you refused the breathalyzer or that a blood test was administered
3. We will need your social security number in order to obtain your MVR record which is required

No assessments will be completed without appropriate documentation.

Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Client Records

The Green Center adheres to applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding client confidentiality. As a general rule this means that we will not release information about clients without your prior written approval. There are, however, exceptions as noted in 42 CFR part 2 and HIPPA 45 CFR 160 & 164
